Irina Gamagina

Adviser to internationally mobile ultra high net worth families on ultra-prime property

Biography

Irina Gamagina is a London-based property adviser who works with internationally mobile ultra high net worth families on the purchase and sale of ultra-prime homes. Her work focuses on prime central London, with a particular emphasis on family houses, and she also advises clients on property in Dubai.

Career in prime London property

Gamagina is the director of First London Property Ltd, a company she has led since its incorporation in 2014, according to records at Companies House. Through her own practice she describes herself as a super-prime real estate specialist in London and Dubai, with a particular focus on family homes in Notting Hill and Holland Park. Her work also covers neighbouring prime districts including Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.

She has also worked with UK Sotheby's International Realty in London, where she has been listed as a sales director on a consultancy basis. Her experience at the top of the London market includes the sale of an apartment at One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge in 2015, a development that has been associated with some of the highest residential prices in the capital.

Advising globally mobile families

A large part of Gamagina's work involves families rather than individual buyers. She works with family offices and with younger families who have recently come into significant wealth, often guiding them through decisions about where to live in London. Her advice takes account of schooling, the ages of the children and the lifestyle a family wants, and she has published a guide to nurseries in prime London areas, with a particular look at Fulham and Hammersmith, for parents relocating to the city.

Her clients rarely hold a single residence. Many maintain homes in three or four countries, and her advice therefore reaches beyond London. She has travelled extensively in Switzerland and follows demand in other international centres that appeal to wealthy families.

In 2025 the business publication CEO Monthly named her Super-Prime Realtor of the Year for the United Kingdom.

On Wealth Office

Irina Gamagina appeared on Wealth Office X in the episode "The Agents Selling $300m Homes In London", published in August 2026, alongside the agent Gary Hersham and the host Michael Macfarlane. The discussion explored how ultra-prime property is traded when money is no longer the main constraint. Gamagina explained that wealthy clients often hold homes in several countries, and argued that prime central London will always be limited in supply because high-rise building is restricted, which she sees as giving buyers a measure of price security. She recalled buyers at One Hyde Park who arrived through another agent while holding her own brochure, illustrating how few secrets survive in a market built on relationships and discretion. She also described purchases as decisions taken by the family as a whole, shaped by schools, space and lifestyle, and observed that a younger generation of buyers increasingly prefers new, practical homes to historic houses. Looking beyond London, she pointed to Zurich, Barcelona and Miami as cities attracting the attention of internationally mobile families.
