Allen Law

Founder of Park Hotel Group, now investing in longevity through Morrow

Biography

Allen Law is a Hong Kong-born, Singapore-based entrepreneur and investor who founded Park Hotel Group and is now the founder of MORROW, a longevity and lifestyle medicine centre in Singapore. He is a third-generation member of the Law family of Hong Kong and a permanent resident of Singapore.

Family background

Law's grandfather, Law Ting Pong, founded the family's garment business, which became the apparel manufacturer LAWSGROUP. His father, Law Kar Po, expanded the family's interests into real estate and hospitality. The family follows a principle of one family member to one business unit, which has encouraged each generation to build a new enterprise. Law studied mathematics and management at King's College London.

Park Hotel Group

Law became a hotelier in 2003, when, aged 23 and still a student in London, he took on a hotel his family had bought in Hong Kong. He worked in a range of roles, including entry-level service positions, before moving into executive leadership. Under his direction Park Hotel Group grew from a single Hong Kong property into a regional portfolio across China, Singapore, Japan and the Maldives, operating under the Grand Park and Park Hotel brands. A notable transaction was Grand Park Orchard in Singapore, formerly the Crown Prince Hotel, which the group bought in 2005, renovated and reopened in 2010, and sold in 2013.

During his time leading the group Law took on several roles in Singapore's hospitality and skills sectors. He served as first vice-president of the Singapore Hotel Association and as a member of the SkillsFuture Council, and he sat on the board of the Singapore Tourism Board from 2017 to 2021 and on the board of SkillsFuture Singapore from 2017 to 2022.

Fitness, venture capital and longevity

In 2023 Law co-founded MOVE [REPEAT], a group of boutique fitness and lifestyle brands that includes Yoga Movement and the Singapore franchise of STRONG Pilates. In 2025 he became chairman of REVL Training after an investment through the group. In April 2025 he launched Seveno Capital, a Singapore-based venture firm backed by a US$70 million five-year commitment from Law, to invest in early-stage companies working to extend healthspan.

His largest commitment is MORROW, backed by US$156 million over five years. Its flagship occupies about 38,000 square feet within the Longevity World development at 10 Coleman Street in Singapore and brings physicians, physiotherapists, dieticians and health coaches together under one roof. Law has described his aim as closing the gap between healthspan and lifespan, a goal he calls "Vision Zero".

On Wealth Office

Allen Law appeared on Wealth Office in the episode "Can a Moonshot Vision Unlock the $8 Trillion Longevity Century?" with Michael Macfarlane. He framed longevity as a healthspan problem, citing a gap of about nine years globally between how long people live and how long they stay healthy, and argued that health systems built on treating sickness cannot keep paying for longer years in poor health. He set out the six pillars of lifestyle medicine on which MORROW rests and explained why he wants private capital to build a proof of concept that governments can follow. He also discussed his family's rule of one member to one business unit, the balance between a conventional portfolio and a separate pool for entrepreneurial risk, and the trade-offs between family backing and institutional capital.
